Andrew Squier was born and raised in San Diego, CA, and due to the influence of his mom and dad, he started singing and making music while still in diapers. Andrew has contributed to many vocal groups beginning with elementary school chorus, moving on to middle and high school a cappella groups, and up to Tufts sQ! co-ed a cappella in college (Tufts' freshest a cappella group!).

The first show Andrew was in was Oliver! , where he played the title role in 7th grade while his voice still hadn't changed! During high school, Andrew was given the opportunity to work on some huge and challenging roles, and was also very fortunate to be sent to England by his grandmother to study Shakespeare at the Oxford Tradition summer program.

Andrew then went to Tufts University, where he studied Drama and Dance and realized his true passion for theater.

Summer '09 was spent in New York City studying at the CAP21 Summer Professional Program. While there, Andrew was fortunate enough to work with amazing professionals who further sparked his interest and desire to devote his life to theater.

Yearning for a conservatory, Andrew spent the Fall of '09 "abroad" in Connecticut at the National Theater Institute. The experience was more than he could have ever hoped for and transcends mere description. NTI, along with a two week intensive with Theatre Complicité in London, helped Andrew explore his passion for physical theater, as well as discover new areas of interest like directing. Andrew entered NTI as an actor excited to learn, and left as an artist excited to create.

One year later, with a degree from Tufts University under his belt, Andrew moved to New York City to pursue his passion for theater and to create a life and career for himself. With boundless enthusiasm, creativity, and determination, he made his own opportunities and accomplished everything he set his mind to. Details to follow.
